Legal & Compliance
Dr. Marie-Theres Frick is responsible for Legal & Compliance. She has been with the company since 2003, serving as a member of the Trustee Board from 2003 to 2022.
Marie-Theres studied law at the University of Innsbruck and graduated in 1986 with a Master of Laws degree. She subsequently earned her doctorate in law. In 1993, she was admitted to the Liechtenstein Bar. As co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Frick & Partner Rechtsanwälte AG, she brings comprehensive legal expertise to the company.
She also holds a trust license and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Allgemeine Repräsentationsanstalt since 1992, where she applied her trust expertise for many years. Since 2006, she serves as a part-time judge at the Supreme Court. From 2015 to 2023, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Liechtensteinische Post AG.
