Rudolf Kunz

Dr. iur. Rudolf Kunz has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2024.

 

Rudolf Kunz has been working as an independent lawyer in Chur since 2001. As a specialist lawyer in inheritance law, he mainly works in the field of inheritance law and also advises clients on matters relating to contract and company law.

 

In addition, Rudolf Kunz acts as a notary for clients in all types of notarial transactions. As a mediator, he is also regularly involved in dispute resolution and negotiation, particularly in the division of estates and estate administration.

 

Rudolf Kunz studied law at the University of St. Gallen and obtained his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Jean Nicolas Druey with a dissertation entitled “The responsibility of members of the board of directors to accept appointments.” In 2001, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Edinburgh and was admitted as a specialist lawyer in inheritance law by the Swiss Bar Association in 2010 and as a mediator by the Swiss Bar Association in 2014.
